Important notice

7th WCMISST and IITS 2020 delayed to November 24th 25th 2021.

The WCMISST and IITS 2020 Organizing Committee considers the health, safety and wellbeing of participants from both overseas and domestic, with countless discussions, we came to conclusion that the 7th WCMISST and 29th IITS congress will be postponed and will be held on November 24th 25th 2021 at Station Conference Tokyo, Japan.

For 7thWCMISST and 29th IITS congress, schedules and details are currently under adjustments. Mindful of this, we will be at our best effort, preparing to aim for our newly set congress dates, and arrangements. Further details will be announced at this website shortly once it has been organized.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience cause to all members and attendees. Thank you very much for your continuous support, and kind understanding.

Call for Abstract:

The Organizing and Scientific Committee of the 7th WCMISST and 29th IITS invite everyone interested to actively contribute to the programme by presenting their research to an audience of medical experts through Oral and Poster Presentations.

Abstracts of the papers must be submitted ONLY on-line.

Important Dates:

Abstract Submission Deadline: May 31 (Sun.), 2020.

Notification of Acceptance/Rejection of Abstracts: end of June, 2020.

Guidelines for the preparation and submission of the abstracts:

PREPARATION

Language:

All abstracts should be submitted and presented in English language.

Corresponding Author:

The abstract submission form should be completed by the author who will be responsible for all correspondence (correct email is important).

Words:

The text body of the abstract should not exceed 400 words.

Title:

The abstract title should be brief and accurate. It must not exceed the limit of 25 words. Please do not use abbreviations (except those commonly used).

Structure:

Abstracts must use the following structured format (include the thematic):

  • Background
  • Objectives (or Aim)
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusions
Graph:

No graph (table/diagram/picture) can be included in each abstract.

Notification of Acceptance / Rejection email:

The corresponding authors will be notified with reference to the approval or rejection of their submitted abstracts by email on end of June 2020.
